30-Day Hassle Free Return Policy!

We offer 30 days (from purchase date) to return a part and we make the process very simple and truly hassle free!

 

What can I return?

We will gladly offer a full refund minus shipping costs on products that are new and have not been installed or show signs of installation such as scuff marks. All items must be returned in original packaging. This includes mounting hardware originally included with the shipment.

 

How do I return my part?

Returns are easy.

1. Include packing slip.

You can use the original packing slip from your purchase or make your own. If you’re making your own packing slip, make sure to include the following:

— Name

— Address

— Telephone number

— Reason for return

 

2. Prepare the package.

Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own box.

 

3. Attach return label.

Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip or make your own and tape it to the package.

Does www.BJILLC.com or www.LOKABIN.com provide a return shipping label?

No, we do not provide a return shipping label. You may choose the carrier of your choice such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. We do not offer refunds on shipping charges or surcharges for return items.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received, inspected and approved by our staff, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few days. A full refund means price paid plus any applicable tax excluding the original shipping charge.

If your return is not approved due to signs of installation, BJI LLC is not responsible for returning the item to the customer.

Please note depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account. Check with your credit card company for additional information.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible. We try our best to provide you with the quickest service possible. Once the order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel the order. You may, of course, return any part to us as per our Return Policy, as stated above.
